Maputo (Canalmoz) – O presidente do Conselho da Administração da empresa “Telecomunicações de Moçambique” e da “Moçambique Celular” (“Mcel”), Mohamed Rafique Jusob, afirmou que a “Televinte Investimentos,” a empresa que representa o interesse dos trabalhadores da TDM, será também sócia da empresa que vai resultar da fusão entre a “Mcel” e a TDM, que está em curso.
A afirmação foi feita na passada sexta-feira, quando a “Televinte Investimentos” inaugurava, em Maputo, a sua primeira loja de terminais inteligentes e equipamentos de redes, serviços postais rápidos, instalação, manutenção, infra-estruturação e desenvolvimento de redes de telecomunicações.
A “Televinte Investimentos” gere a participação dos gestores, técnicos e trabalhadores da TDM (“Telecomunicações de Moçambique”), mas a sociedade desenvolve outras actividades industriais, comerciais e de consultoria, e anunciou, para breve, a venda, no mercado nacional, de um telemóvel produzido no continente africano.
Armando Munhequete disse que a abertura da loja representa a materialização das acções definidas na Assembleia-Geral sobre as áreas de negócio em que a empresa deve actuar, nomeadamente, a área postal, telecomunicações e consultoria.
“Esta loja visa a comercialização de produtos relacionados com estas três áreas de negócio”, explicou Armando Munhequete, acrescentando que existem, numa primeira fase, planos de expansão dos serviços para as cidades da Beira e Nampula.
“Temos que fazer, todos nós, desta conversão da TDM/Mcel, uma empresa que dê dividendos, onde os dez por cento que vocês têm representem muito mais dividendos para todos os trabalhadores. A intenção é obter da fusão uma empresa extremamente produtiva, que cumpra com o seu papel social e o seu objectivo nobre de pôr as pessoas a comunicar em Moçambique, com tarifas competitivas”, afirmou Mohamed Rafique Jusob.
