Ossufo Momade falou também sobre a responsabilidade das Forças de Defesa e Segurança: “Apelamos às Forças de Defesa e Segurança para que, na sua actuação de manutenção da ordem, segurança e tranquilidade públicas, respeitem a Constituição da República e as demais leis”. (Redacção)
